Jody Medford gives you a great show and has been touring with Country-Rock Band Cash Creek on their “Moonshine Angels Tour”.
Jody told us that he is having his 2nd annual Stop the Pain Concert to raise awareness about suicide and bullying prevention. The military and the VA Hospital are behind his concert. Jody lost his mother to suicide several years ago, so he is passionate about helping people prevent this tragedy. Jody hopes to teach people how to spot signs beforehand and get people help. This year’s concert is in Asheville, NC and the headline entertainer this year is Larry Stewart, lead singer for Restless Heart. ALL proceeds raised go to local families to help with funeral or other expenses due to the loss of a loved one to suicide. Jody is working on taking this concert nationwide.
Jody Medford also has a CD coming out and he is writing several songs for a new project in the future. His full CD will be available on iTunes by mid-summer 2017.

Jody Medford has had a low voice from the age of 16 when he first started singing. He started singing bass with local Southern Gospel groups and then at the age of 17, he was singing with a nationally known southern gospel kids group. They traveled all over the country singing on the weekends. When Jody graduated high school, he sang full time for several years with some of the biggest Gospel groups in the country and won many awards.
