A to Z Entertainment, Inc. is a professional speakers bureau and talent booking agency that works for numerous clients to find the best comedians, speakers and entertainers for any company or organizations’ needs and budget. We work with meeting planners and executives from businesses, Fortune 500 corporations, and non-profit organizations. We help them plan and produce special events and provide clean comedians, guest speakers, and professional entertainers for: client appreciation events, ceremonies, celebrations, seminars, meetings, fundraisers, concerts, conventions, and conferences.
A to Z Entertainment, Inc. is still growing its team of talent booking agents. Because of increased business, we need more talent booking agents with sales experience or people who have worked in meeting planning, hospitality, or event production. You must be committed to outstanding customer service and to building long-lasting relationships!
Desired Experience and Skills
- You have experience booking talent for special events or have a strong sales, event or meeting planning background
- Excellent communication skills are essential and you are able to learn new things quickly
- You can handle phone calls and e-mails professionally to follow-up with incoming leads
- You have a good knowledge of pop culture, current events, and comedians, speakers and entertainers – or a desire to learn quickly
- You can negotiate, find creative solutions for clients, and make sales a win/win situation!
- You can read and write well and pay attention to detail
- Good computer proficiency, to include internet research and social media skills.
- You have a courteous and pleasant demeanor when working with clients, speakers and entertainers. You like working with people and helping clients be successful!
- A positive outlook, a confident attitude, and experience with commission-based sales.
Duties
- Booking comedians, speakers and entertainers for clients based on their needs, wants and budget. Helping direct and coordinate production of events.
- Generating and following-up on leads to help companies and organizations have successful events.
- Expanding your knowledge of our clients and our comedians, speakers and entertainers to match the right artists to the needs of our clients.
- Calling on new and existing customers to help them get what they want and to plan and produce successful and entertaining shows!
