Motley 2 is a high energy rock and roll band featuring the very look, sound, and stage attitude of the 1980’s Motley Crue that fans know and love. Motley 2 started off playing local Southern California shows, most notably the House Of Blues on Sunset and the House Of Blues in Anaheim, as well as the Roxy, Whiskey and virtually every well known club in the Southern California region from San Diego to Bakersfield, eventually branching out to national shows.

Motley 2 has opened for national acts including Cinderella, Lita Ford, and Steel Panther, and they have played with several other well-known tribute bands including: The Iron Maidens (Iron Maiden), Atomic Punks (Van Halen), Hurrikane (Scorpions), Rattz (Ratt), and Use Your Illusion (Guns N’ Roses), Guns In Roses (also Guns N’ Roses), Nearvana (Nirvana), Pyromania (Def Leppard) and Wanted (Bon Jovi) to name a few.

Motley 2 is now available for national and international bookings. Motley 2 can put on family friendly performance suitable for all ages for festivals and concerts, they can tailor their show for you, and have a dancer available for adult-themed shows. Motley 2 is comprised of professional musicians Mandrake, Darryl Strucke, Mark Hagen, and David Lee.

MANDRAKE, lead vocals, is a Brazilian born singer that has performed with numerous bands in  both South America and North America in his
career including Sacred Sinner, Tailgunners, Judas Priest’s Metal Meltdown, and The Smoking Guns.

Darryl Strucke started playing guitar at 13. His first stage appearance was in 9th grade playing “Looks That Kill” for a lip sync. He started playing bass while attending college and joined a band after graduating, and has been playing bass ever since.

Mark Hagen, lead guitar, got his first taste of rock & roll when he was a young boy and this fueled a lifelong passion for music. Mark studied guitar at 14, and shortly afterwards started garage bands before moving to Los Angeles. In California, he started playing the Hollywood Club Circuit in front of increasingly larger audiences and at prominent legendary clubs.

David Lee began playing percussion in high school, joined his first rock band after graduation, and attended college on a percussion scholarship. David moved to California to attend Musician’s Institute in Hollywood and soon established himself with the local L.A. rock music scene. Joining the Motley 2 tribute band is David’s way of paying homage to one of his favorite drummers and recognizing his roots- aggressive, hard-hitting, drumming with plenty of style.
